PENICILIN

60ml Slowhand Organic Mash

30ml Honey Syrup

30ml Lemon Juice

15ml Fruitlab Ginger Liqueur

5ml Laphroaig 10 Year Old

 

1. Shake all ingredients in a shaker

(except Laphroaig)

2. Strain into an ice-filled tumbler

3. Float Laphroaig 10 Year Old on top

4. Garnish with crystallised ginger

THYME & APRICOT SOUR

45ml TRU Lemon Vodka

45ml Apricot & Thyme Syrup

30ml Lime Juice

Egg White

 

1. ‘Dry shake’ all ingredients in shaker (no ice)

2. Add ice and ‘wet shake’ all ingredients in shaker (with ice)

3. Double strain into a coupe glass

4. Garnish with fresh thyme

EL DIABLO

45ml IXA Tequila Blanco

15ml Fruitlab Hibiscus Liqueur

30ml Lime Juice

Ginger Beer

 

1. Shake all ingredients in shaker

(except ginger beer)

2. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass

3. Top with extra ice and ginger beer

4. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel

PROUD POPPY FIZZ

30ml Grand Poppy Amaro

20ml Orange Juice

15ml White Grapefruit Juice

5 Dashes Barkeep Lavender Bitters

Sparkling wine

 

1. Shake all ingredients in shaker (except sparkling wine & bitters)

2. Strain into a sparkling wine glass

3. Top with sparkling wine

4. Add Barkeep Lavender Bitters

5. Garnish with orange twist

BAJA SOUR

30ml Xicaru Mezcal Joven

30ml Damiana Herbal Liqueur

30ml Lemon Juice

30ml Simple Syrup

5 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Egg White

 

1. ‘Dry shake’ all ingredients in shaker (no ice)

2. Add ice and ‘wet shake’ all ingredients in shaker (with ice)

3. Double strain into a coupe glass

4. Garnish with cinnamon dusting

BOULEVARDIER OF THe AMERICAS

30ml Slowhand 6 Woods

15ml Delirio Mezcal Joven

30ml Campari

30ml Dolin Rouge Vermouth

 

1. Stir down all ingredients in a mixing glass

2. Strain into a glass filled tumbler

3. Garnish with an orange peel

THE MOLE PINA OLD FASHIONED

60ml Distinguido Tequila

10ml Simple Syrup

3 Dashes Chocolate Mole Bitters

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

 

1. Stir down all ingredients in a mixing glass

2. Strain into a glass filled tumbler

3. Garnish with an orange peel

THE CALIFORNIAN DRUM

45ml TRU Vodka Garden

15ml Crusoe Spiced Organic Molasses

30ml Lime Juice

20ml Cinnamon Syrup

 

1. Shake all ingredients in a shaker

2. Strain into an ice-filled tumbler

3. Garnish with lime wheel & cinnamon dusting

HONEY & SPICE

60ml Tru Gin

30ml Lemon Juice

30ml Honey Syrup

3 Dashes Barkeep Chinese Bitters

 

1. Shake all ingredients in a shaker

(except bitters)

2. Strain into a coupe glass

3. Add bitters

4. Garnish w/ Star Anise

ROSEMARY'S SOUTHSIDE

60ml Brooklyn Gin

30ml Lemon Juice

30ml Rosemary Syrup

5 Mint Leaves

 

1. Shake all ingredients in a shaker

(except bitters)

2. Double strain into an ice-filled tumbler

3. Garnish with Rosemary Sprig
